POSITION DESCRIPTION
Laborer

Pay: $20 to $25 per hour

Job description:
Prime Excavating is now hiring construction laborers. It is preferred, but not required that the applicant to have some experience in the industry with knowledge and ability to install underground utilities and/or civil site grading.
Starting pay will be based on experience.

Track Hoe
Operator/Crew Lead

Pay: $30 to $35 per hour

Job description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Track Hoe Operator/Crew lead. Must have extensive background in heavy equipment operation and construction site management with at least 8+ years of experience with installation of underground utilities and civil site work.

Duties: Extensive experience trenching underground mainline utilities such as Sewer, Water, Storm drain, etc. Lead and supervise crew, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and water trucks, as needed.
Coordinate daily activities and communicate effectively with team members.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, daily time cards, and progress reports.

Skills: Proficient primarily in operating excavators. Previous experience in construction site management or supervision is preferred.
Strong communication skills
